Travel insurance is not provided for passengers and is highly recommended prior to travel.

There is a strict code of conduct during Meltdown Events and all in attendees are accountable for their own actions, belongings and behaviour.

Meltdown Events will endeavour to provide assistance at all times throughout the duration of each Meltdown Event and there will also be qualified first aiders available on site.

Antisocial behaviour will be not tolerated and we have a zero-tolerance policy on violence, harassment and antisocial behaviour. Meltdown Events reserves the right to ban attendees in violation of these terms from attending any further Meltdown Events with immediate effect.

Customers that are found in breach of these terms will be notified of their ban from the Meltdown Events via email and no refund will be provided.

A Meltdown Events wristband gives you entry to the daily main event on the itinerary. There are additional optional activities that may be bought in the form of “Add-Ons”.

Add ons are charged separately and will have a relative associated price on the destination’s event page. Flights, accommodation, meals and local transport are not included.

Hotels can be added to your booking at the checkout and the cost can be spread with your friends using the “Pay with Friends Option”!

Bookings are confirmed once payment is made and a customers information has been received via the ticket page.

Wristbands cannot be reserved without payment.

Deposits are due at the time of booking and the balance can be paid in full or via a direct debit payment plan on Festicket. This includes the “Pay with Friends” option that allows a single group booking to be paid separately by multiple attendees.

All payments are non-refundable. The base currency for your booking can be selected prior to checkout.

Booking fees are included for full payments and payment plans are subject to a 2.5% fee via Festicket.

Payment protection insurance is available at checkout via Festicket.

Wristbands collections will take place in Ibiza at the registration welcome event. Please ensure you bring your electronic ticket and ID to each event.

Full and final itineraries for each Meltdown Event will be released a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the festival.

Itineraries are subject to change at any time. Customers will be notified via email in the event of any schedule change

It is the duty of the passenger to wear their wristbands for the events. Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire duration of the festival.

Broken wristbands can be returned and replaced free of charge.

Lost wristbands incur a minimum replacement fee of €200.

Should your travel schedule not permit you to collect wristbands at the registration event you will be able to collect your wristband at any of the other events on the schedule within the first two hours of each event commencing.

 Each individual customer will be required to bring their original booking confirmation email as well as a valid government ID to verify their identity. Friends will not be able to collect on a customers behalf. In the case of “Pay with Friends” customers, only the lead booker will be permitted to collect tickets on behalf of the group.

Discount codes are limited to one use per booking and can only be applied at the initial checkout phase.

Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to the same booking.

In keeping within our duty of safety if weather conditions aren’t permitting for programmed outdoor events, alternative programming will be arranged.

In the event that a suitable alternative cannot be provided customers will be provided with alternate compensation options.

Refunds are issued only in the case of a Meltdown Event being cancelled or rescheduled.

In the unlikely event of the trip being cancelled all passengers will receive a full refund on their scheduled payments for the trip (less credit card charges).

In any other case, all payments are final.
